Presbyterian School Students go to Carnegie Hall

Presbyterian School 5th grader, Vi Nguyen, and 8th grader, Joyson Zhang, will perform at Carnegie Hall this Spring as a result of national music competition wins. Vi Nguyen, received a gold medal in the American Association for the Development of the Gifted and Talented competition. Additionally, for the American Protégé International 2012 Piano and Strings Competition both Vi Nguyen and Joyson Zhang received first place for their piano duet.

PreK Airlines stops in Ancient Egypt... and the MFAH

Each year Prekindergarten teachers take their students on a tour around the world via PreK Airlines. If you haven't been privy to a seat on PreK Airlines, you'll want to take a minute to read their latest blog entries from their recent stop in Ancient Egypt. It's amazing and enlightening and will make you want to visit this wondrous destination.... or at the very least walk across the street to see the MFAH'S King Tut exhibit.
