Event Recap:

The Panthers capped their regular season in spectacular fashion with a great game versus AOS!!!

George Still led the way offensively for the Panthers with 2 short TD receptions thrown by Mark D'andrea, who had two 60+ yard TD runs of his own. Ben Norvell got in on the scoring action with a 60+ yard TD run as well, keeping the Panthers comfortably ahead. Great job once more from the offensive lineman Jadir Da Silva and Charlie Funderburk

William Barboza was automatic with his extra points kicks going 4/5 with the lone miss coming from a block. He also displayed solid on-side kick technique to help the Panthers gain an extra possession. Matthew Kallmeyer was this week's special teams standout with a HUGE kick recovery in the first half as well as a solid tackle made.

You know what's coming next...The Defense was OUTSTANDING as usual, causing 7 AOS turnovers including 3 INTS by George Still, Nicholas Oldham and Andrew Parks. As well as 4 turnovers on downs, with Lawson Huff, Caden Rice, William Husted, and Hutch Coward playing dominantly on the front 4. Solid cornerback play from Leo Filardo and Cooper Murray were essential in the effort and Bonner Johanson continued his tough play at linebacker.

Brayden Crow came in relief in the second half to lead our offense and keep the Dolphins' offense on the sideline. Great ball protection and running from Jakob Fjeld-Hansen with great blocking on the outsides from Styles Credeur, Matt Lewis, Matthew Godinich, Elliott Crantz and Christopher Means.

It was another GREAT team effort and the Panthers have clinched their spot in the Championship next week vs. The Village School. The game will be Thursday, October 26th at 7pm at ROBS. Be There!

GO PANTHERS!
