More detailed information can be found on our Parent Portal. To access 
the Parent Portal, click on the LOGIN button at the top of the screen. The Parent Portal gives you access 
to school announcements, required forms, personalized calendars, school directory, uniforms, hot lunch, summer skills and reading, athletic teams, volunteer information and the School Store. To get your login information, click on the “Forgot Your Password” link on the LOGIN screen. The system will email you your username and password.

If your family’s contact information changes over the summer, please login to the Parent Portal and update your profile information.

Becoming a Panther

All new families will be contacted by a Panther Welcome Family over the summer.  The Admission Office will host Playground Playdates just before school starts and New Middle School students will attend Panther Prep. All new students  will attend New Student Orientation with their parents. Students may wear casual clothing. Uniforms are NOT required for new student orientation.

Early Childhood: Classroom visits are held on August 21. These visits provide a time for you and your child to meet teachers and become familiar with the classroom. A specific time for your child’s visit will be emailed with class lists a week before school starts.

Lower School: New Lower School students and parents should attend Lower School New Student Orientation on August 21, at 9 a.m.

Middle School: All fifth graders (new and returning) as well as new 6th, 7th and 8th graders should attend Middle School New Student Orientation on August 21, at 10:30 a.m.

August 7 at 9:30 a.m. - New Student Party on the Playground for grades new PK, K and First graders and parents.

August 9 at 9:30 a.m.- New Student Party on the Playground for  Betas and parents.

August 10 at 9:30 a.m.- New Student Party on the Playground for New Second, Third and Fourth graders and parents. 

August 18- Panther Prep for NEW Middle School Students- grades 5-8

August 21- New Student Orientation

August 22- First Day of School, noon dismissal

August 22, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. - Convocation in the Sanctuary: All parents are invited to attend a special service held in honor of the opening of a new school year with Lower and Middle School students and faculty. Early Childhood students do not attend Convocation. All students, Beta-8th grade will
be dismissed for the day at noon. There is no lunch, Before or After School PS+ or Extended Care. Lower and Middle School students should wear dress uniform.

DATE CHANGE!  August 27, 2017 at 6 p.m. - Back-To-School Social

Volunteer Council Back to School Coffee: All parents are invited to hear from our Headmaster and sign up for various volunteer opportunities for the year. This coffee is usually held in the morning after drop-off on August 30.

Back to School Nights: Each division will have a “Back to School” night where teachers will share about what is planned for the year ahead. Back to School nights are held during the first two weeks of school for parents only.  Dates and details will come in the August Back-to-School mailing.
