Financial Assistance

Recognizing the high costs associated with private education, the school makes every effort to help families with a demonstrated need, including those suffering temporary financial hardships. Each year’s school budget contains a significant amount of funds specifically earmarked to help families with financial need. Students in grades PK4- 8th grade are eligible for financial assistance. Please note: PK3 students are not eligible to receive financial assistance.

All deliberations regarding financial aid are held in strict confidence so that faculty and other members of the community are not aware of the students receiving aid.

Financial Assistance Checklist

Returning students and applicants for admission should complete the following two requirements by February 2, 2026.

  1. Review the Clarity Quick Reference Guide to become familiar with the financial assistance process.
  2. Submit a Financial Assistance application by clicking the Clarity link below:
  3. Submit 2024 and 2023 Federal Tax Return, including all supporting schedules. Submit 2025 and 2024 W-2's and 1099's.

Special Notes:

  1. Returning students must reapply each year for financial assistance.  New students should apply for financial assistance concurrent to the admission process.  New students must be accepted for admission to be eligible for financial assistance.
  2. Clarity provides financial assistance application fee waivers for qualifying families. You must complete the online application process and Clarity will provide the waiver if you qualify.
  3. Applicants for PK3 are not eligible for Financial Assistance.
  4. At PS, we are tracking the implementation of Senate Bill 2 (SB 2), which has established an educational savings account (ESA) program in the state of Texas.  Because there is still a great deal of uncertainty about how and to whom allocated funds will be allocated, our Admission and Leadership Teams will continue to study this program and will communicate a decision regarding whether the School will participate for the 2026-2027 school year by late fall 2025 or early winter 2026.

Returning student financial assistance decisions will be emailed in February.
New student financial assistance decisions will be emailed to students who are offered admission to PS on March 6, 2026.
