Pick-up is in Palm Court each day right after practice. Times will be confirmed by the coach when the season begins. The volleyball schedule can be viewed on the Volleyball Athletic Team page. The online schedule is not yet updated and will continue to be a work in progress over the summer.

Required Gear: Athletes need volleyball shoes and knee pads. For practices, players need to wear the PS physical education t-shirt. Game uniforms will be issued.

Physicals and Required Forms

The Physical Examination Form is required for participation in sports at Presbyterian School. Students are not allowed to begin practice until this is completed. The Physical Examination Form is part of the 2022-23 Required School Forms accessible on the school website Parent Portal at www.pshouston.org/parentportal. If you have any questions regarding forms, please email Registrar, Judy Ligon at jligon@pshouston.org

Athletic Orthopedics & Knee Center (AOK) is the School's official provider of game day athletic trainers. They are offering $25 walk-in appointments for annual student physicals at their center. Feel free to use them as a place to get physical exams completed. Click here for more information.

Commitment

A condition for participation in athletics is the Athletic Team Pledge. This agreement will be discussed at the parent meetings in the fall and with students on the first day of practice. We ask students to acknowledge their understanding of the athletic team pledge and participation in a team sport at Presbyterian School by signing the pledge. We feel that the minimal requirement for athletic participation is to attend practices and games. While we realize that many variables can occasionally interfere with practice attendance, we need an understanding that clarifies our expectations for commitment to the athletic team.

Athletic Team Moms
Each team needs a team mother to arrange team snacks, etc. If you are interested in assisting, please contact the coach to volunteer.
