Additional Required School Forms
Every student was issued another set of required school forms to complete on Magnus via the School Parent Portal. The following required forms have been added:
- School Handbook Acknowledgement Form: The School's Student-Parent Handbook has been updated for the 2020-21 school year. Please review the 2020-21 School Handbook and complete an acknowledgement of receipt.
- Panther Pledge: This Pledge asks for parents to agree to partner with the School with regards to our health requirements.
- Assumption of Risk and Waiver: This waiver must be signed by both parents regardless if a student is participating in Online Learning or On-Campus Learning. Each parent will have to login separately to submit their signature.
- iPad Loan Agreement: All PK3-5th grade students will be given an iPad to use for Online Learning and On-Campus Learning before the first day of school during their designated School Supply Pick-up. This agreement outlines terms and conditions for borrowing and using a Presbyterian School iPad. The form is only applicable to Early Childhood and Lower School families.
If you completed your school forms earlier in the summer, please return to the School Forms online to complete these additional forms.
If you have not completed your school forms, please login to complete your original and new forms as soon as possible.
All forms must be complete before the first day of school. If you have any questions about completing a required school form, please email Registrar, Judy Ligon. Please do not mail any completed forms to Magnus. All forms should be uploaded back into the online system or emailed to Judy Ligonl.
