Vaccinations Available On-Campus
The Texas Vaccine Institute will be on-campus to administer Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to Presbyterian School parents, faculty and family members (ages 16 and older) on a voluntary basis.Anyone 16 years and older is eligible to receive a vaccination, however, you must submit an RSVP to receive a vaccination. This is required to ensure that an adequate number of shots are available. If you are interested in receiving a vaccination, you must RSVP on the form linked here by Monday, April 26.
First Dose: April 28 from 8:00 a.m. to noon
Second Dose: May 19 from 8:00 a.m. to noon
Free COVID Testing
Free COVID-19 testing is being provided by the State of Texas and Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) in partnership with Curative Inc. at Minute Maid Park. The site provides 8 drive through testing lanes and COVID-19 tests are mouth swab tests. The testing site is open at Minute Maid Park from 8 am-4 pm and is able to process 2,000 tests per day. Access to testing is very easy and straightforward and there are numerous slots available for testing individuals regardless of symptoms.
In addition to the following consultants listed below, the School has also established a Medical Advisory Panel composed of community medical professionals to advise on Health, Safety and Learning Protocols for the 2020-21 school year.
