Carnival Underwriting

Please reference the list below of underwriting levels and benefits available for Carnival 2023. Underwriting form deadline is Friday, February 3, 2023. Thank you in advance for your support! 

BECOME AN UNDERWRITER
*Due to limited parking at the OEC, parents will need to sign up for a time slot to attend the Carnival. All underwriters will have priority when picking their designated time slot and be given the opportunity to sign up before it opens to the rest of the community. *

Carnival Grand Sponsor - $25,000

• Family/company’s name displayed on the gate at the Carnival
• Listed on the carnival map distributed to each carnival attendee
• 2 reserved parking passes to park onsite

Dare Devil Sponsor - $10,000

• Family/company’s name displayed on the gate at the Carnival  
• Listed on the carnival map distributed to each carnival attendee
• 1 reserved and 1 regular parking pass to park onsite

Big Top - $5,000

• Personalized banner with your family or company’s name displayed in a prominent location at the Carnival
• Listed on the carnival map distributed to each carnival attendee
• 2 parking passes to park onsite

Ring Master- $2,500

• Personalized banner with your family or company’s name will be displayed at the area your sponsorship is located
• Listed on the carnival map distributed to each carnival attendee
• 1 parking pass to park onsite

High Flyer- $1,000

• Personalized banner with your family or company’s name will be displayed at the area your sponsorship is located  
• Listed on the carnival map distributed to each carnival attendee
• 1 parking pass to park onsite

Acrobat- $500

• Your family or company’s name will be displayed on a group sign with other donors at this level  
• Listed on the carnival map distributed to each carnival attendee

Juggler- $250 (40 sponsorships available)

• Your family or company’s name will be displayed on a group sign with other donors at this level
• Listed on the carnival map distributed to each carnival attendee
• 1 parking pass to park onsite
