We want to come to PS! How do we enroll?

Please let us know of your intention to come to Presbyterian School on the Ravenna Portal.

To make our partnership official please complete the following two steps by April 3, 2019.

  1. Complete online Enrollment and Tuition Payment Agreement (see email from Ravenna)
  2. Submit Payment for Nonrefundable Enrollment Deposit and New Student Registration.

The deposit and enrollment agreement will hold your child’s place until the first tuition payment June 1, 2019.  After June 1 the agreement is binding. Helpful Links about the enrollment process are below.

Is it possible to visit and take another look at PS?

We are pleased to offer the following events for those of you who are eager to have another look at PS:

Early Childhood and Lower School Parent Coffees
March 19, March 22 and March 25
10 a.m. in Living Room 
We will be ready to answer your questions are offer tours.

Middle School Welcome Night for Parents and Accepted Students
March 21
6 pm in LC 181
There will be a short informational meeting Q&A and refreshments. 

Newly accepted 6th-8th grade students may shadow and visit classes on March 20 or March 27, by appointment.  You can sign up through the Ravenna application portal. This is optional and there is no need to miss school. If you are coming to PS, we will have more fun on campus events planned for this Spring and Summer outside of the school day. 

What if I want my child to receive Academic Support at PS?

If your child has had any educational/psychological evaluations and you desire for him/ her to receive specific academic support while at Presbyterian School, contact Kristi Brown, Director of Admission & Financial Aid, right away to discuss your request. In addition, please submit a copy of the report outlining recommendations for academic support.  Our team will create a learning plan and conference with you prior to April 3, 2019 when Enrollment Agreements and the deposit are due.  

We have decided to go to another school. What do we need to do?

We are sorry to see you go! We will miss having you, but wish you the very best!  Please let us know on the Ravenna Portal of your intention to decline your spot at Presbyterian School as soon as possible so that we can offer enrollment to another child waiting for admission.
