PS Field Hockey wins BIG against Duchesne

Yesterday afternoon, the Presbyterian Field Hockey team decisively beat Duchesne Academy 10-0. All of the eighth and seventh grade players made great contributions throughout the game. Nia Butler started off the first half with the first of two goals for her after only 5 minutes. Two minutes later Lauren Moak scored, putting the lady Panthers up 2–0. The Panthers continued to rack up the points with Eve Kroencke putting in her first of two goals on the day, followed by Elizabeth Minton and Nia Butler to close off the first half. In the second half, Eva Petrulis started off with her first of two goals after just eight minutes, quickly followed by her second goal. Eve Kroencke and Kaitlyn Keene followed her with a goal each to close out the game. Avery Roman, Chloe Schidlowski and Chloe Song demonstrated phenomenal defense, supporting goalie Anna Brown in her first career shut-out. Congratulations to the entire team for an excellent game.
