$1,000 Deposit: Required upon enrollment or re-enrollment to Presbyterian School. This deposit is applied toward tuition. The first annual tuition payment is June 1.
$500 New Student Fee: Required upon enrollment for the first time to Presbyterian School. This fee is non-refundable and charged only once and only the first time a student enrolls at Presbyterian School.

Click here to read more about what is included in the cost of tuition. The tuition charged by Presbyterian School includes the costs of educating your child. Tuition includes expenses for classroom supplies, enrichment, technology, and Middle School class trips. It does not include lunch or uniforms.
Tuition Refund Insurance:
The school offers a Tuition Refund plan through A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. The cost is .95% of tuition. Participation in the Tuition Refund Plan is required for students whose tuition is paid on the two-payment, ten-payment or an individualized payment plan. It is optional for students whose tuition is paid in full by June.
The Application for Tuition Assistance is currently CLOSED. It will reopen in early January 2019.
Since its opening in 1989, Presbyterian School has been committed to facilitating access to an independent school education for families with financial need. Each year’s school budget contains a significant amount of funds specifically earmarked for this purpose.
Students in grades PK 4- 8th grade are eligible for tuition assistance. Recognizing the high costs associated with private education, the school makes every effort to help families with a demonstrated need, including those suffering temporary financial hardships. All deliberations regarding tuition assistance are held in strict confidence so that faculty and other members of the community are not aware of the students receiving assistance.
Tuition Assistance Checklist:
By February 4, 2019, the following information MUST be completed and in the hands of FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition).
- Complete the Presbyterian School Financial Aid Application by clicking on the FAST icon below.
- Submit 2017 Federal tax returns, including all supporting schedules, W2s and 1099s. If your return is not complete, please provide all applicable 2016 tax data available.

1. Returning students must reapply each year for financial aid. New students should apply for financial aid concurrent to the admission process. New students must be accepted for admission to be eligible for financial aid.
2. PS has a limited number of testing and application fee waivers for students applying for financial aid. Please contact the Admission Office should you need one.
Student financial award decisions will be mailed by March.
The financial aid process is confidential. Parents are encouraged to contact Kristin Brown, Director of Admission and Financial Aid, to gather more information about the process.
