Stay connected with us this summer. The School office will be opened Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. We are closed July 4-6 for the July 4th Holiday. Below are important details to help you start off the upcoming school year.

More detailed information can be found on our Parent Portal. Login information was distributed at the New Parent Luncheon on May 9 or mailed after the meeting. To access 
the Parent Portal, click on the LOGIN button at the top of the screen. The Parent Portal gives you access 
to school announcements, required forms, personalized calendars, school directory, uniforms, hot lunch, summer skills and reading, athletic teams, volunteer information and the School Store. To get your login information, click on the “Forgot Your Password” link on the LOGIN screen. The system will email you your username and password.

All new families will be contacted by a Panther Welcome Family over the summer. If your family’s contact information changes over the summer, please login to the Parent Portal and update your profile information.

Welcome and Back to School Events

June 13 12:00-2:00 p.m.- Admission Director at Sue Mills to help with uniform questions and decisions.  Sue Mills will offer 10% off all uniform items that day as well as from June 16-June 30, 2018.

July 12 at 1:00 p.m.- Middle School Hangout in the Attic- Fun and games provided for the new 5th-8th grade students.

July 16 at 1:00 p.m.- Lower School Fun Day in the Mini Gym- Meet with 1st-4th grade parents and students.  Parents can chat while students play.

July 18 at 10:00 a.m.- Early Childhood Storytime in LC 181- Story and playtime for new Beta, Pre-K and K students.  Parents can chat while students play.

August 7 at 11:00 a.m.- Paws for Q and Q in Palm Court- Division Heads and Admission Staff available to answer questions. 

August 17, 9:00-11:30 a.m.-  Panther Prep for NEW Middle School Students, grades 5-8, in the Attic. For students new to PS Middle School to learn the ropes. 

August 20- New Student Orientation. Parents and new students attend. Students may wear casual clothing. Uniforms are NOT required for new student orientation.

Early Childhood- individual visits will be scheduled
Lower School- 9:00 a.m. in the Solarium
Middle School- 10:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall

August 21- First Day of School, noon dismissal

August 21, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. - Convocation in the Sanctuary: All parents are invited to attend a special service held in honor of the opening of a new school year with Lower and Middle School students and faculty. Early Childhood students do not attend Convocation. All students, Beta-8th grade will 
be dismissed for the day at noon. There is no lunch, Before or After School PS+ or Extended Care. Lower and Middle School students should wear dress uniform.

August 26, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. - Back-To-School Family Block Party

Volunteer Council Back to School Coffee, : All parents are invited to hear from our Headmaster and sign up for various volunteer opportunities for the year. This coffee is usually held in the morning after drop-off. Dates and details will come in the August Back-to-School mailing.

Back to School Nights: Each division will have a “Back to School” night where teachers will share about what is planned for the year ahead. Back to School nights are held during the first two weeks of school for parents only.  Dates and details will come in the August Back-to-School mailing.
