Kendyl Bree and Kylie Lohrenz receive awards in Scholastic Writing Competition

Congratulations to Kendyl Bree and Kylie Lohrenz, PS Class of 2012 alumni, for earning awards in the 2013 Scholastic Art & Writing Competition.  This is one of the largest and most respected recognition programs and scholarship sources for U.S. creative teens.  Over 200,000 pieces were submitted by students in grades 7-12 this year.  These pieces are judged on originality, skill and the appearance of a personal vision or voice.

Kendyl was awarded a Silver Key and an Honorable Mention in the Harris County region for her Poetry submissions.  Kylie received two Silver Key awards in the Harris County region for her Poetry submission and her Personal Essay/Memoir submission.

Congratulations again to Kendyl and Kylie for their prestigious writing awards!  Presbyterian School is proud of our alumni who continue to succeed after they graduate.
