Annual Fund

Gifts to the Annual Fund provide direct resources that support Presbyterian School's general operating budget. A few examples are listed below.

We understand that tuition is a significant investment and every family’s capacity is different. We ask that you contribute at a level that is personally meaningful and makes sense for your family. Every year, the Annual Fund has a goal of 100% parent participation and every gift makes an impact that helps get us closer to this goal. 

Donor Levels

• Founders Circle ($20,000 and above)*
• Lancaster Circle ($10,000 to $19,999)*
• Leadership Circle ($5,000 to $9,999)*
• Head of School Circle ($2,500 to $4,999)
• Panther Roll ($1,000 to $2,499)
• Honor Roll ($500 to $999)
• Friends (up to $499)

*Donors who give $5,000 or more are recognized as members of The Leadership Council and are invited to attend a reception with the Head of School in the Spring, 2025.

Annual Fund gifts Annual Fund gifts may be made by cash, check, credit card, or stock transfer. You may also pledge now and pay later. The Annual Fund runs on the School's fiscal year calendar starting on July 1 and ending on June 30. 

Yes! Many employers participate in Matching Gift Programs. Matching financial gifts are received each year from corporations who generously give back to the community. If your business does participate in a matching gifts program, instructions will be given online to fill out your employers matching gift form. You could double or even triple the amount of your donation if your employer provides matching gifts. Many employers match dollar for dollar the charitable gifts their employees make – so your $100 contribution can easily turn into a $200 or even $300 gift to Presbyterian School with a match from your company
